Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential new clients
• Generate leads through cold calling and targeted outreach
• Promote services to decision-makers
• Qualify prospects and arrange appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records
• Support smooth client onboarding and aftercare
• Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

About You

• Confident and professional communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with senior stakeholders
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships
• Previous experience in business development, telesales, lead generation, or customer service is beneficial
