Duties of the Aftersales Advisor:
  • Deliver exceptional face-to-face and telephone customer service
  • Manage service and repair bookings accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain detailed customer and vehicle records within the dealer management system
  • Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure smooth operations
  • Keep customers informed on vehicle progress and additional work requirements
  • Promote and sell optional aftersales products and services
  • Drive customer retention and increase departmental sales performance
  • Complete all relevant administration, invoicing, and warranty documentation
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and dealership representation
Requirements as an Aftersales Advisor:
  • Previous experience as an Aftersales Advisor or Service Advisor within the automotive industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidential, professional, and confident approach to customer management
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team-player mentality
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify sales opportunities
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential
