- Deliver exceptional face-to-face and telephone customer service
- Manage service and repair bookings accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed customer and vehicle records within the dealer management system
- Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure smooth operations
- Keep customers informed on vehicle progress and additional work requirements
- Promote and sell optional aftersales products and services
- Drive customer retention and increase departmental sales performance
- Complete all relevant administration, invoicing, and warranty documentation
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and dealership representation
- Previous experience as an Aftersales Advisor or Service Advisor within the automotive industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidential, professional, and confident approach to customer management
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify sales opportunities
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
