This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong automotive leader to take ownership of a high-performing department within a premium brand environment. You’ll be responsible for driving workshop performance, customer satisfaction, team development, and overall profitability while maintaining exceptional manufacturer standards.
The successful candidate will already have experience managing a franchised dealership aftersales operation and will be confident leading both workshop and front-of-house teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Aftersales Department
- Lead, motivate, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Controllers
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability across the department
- Ensure excellent customer service and manufacturer compliance
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Monitor KPIs, workshop loading, warranty, and departmental performance
- Previous Aftersales Manager experience within a franchised dealership is required
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercially minded with a focus on performance and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- £70,000 OTE with additional earning potential
