We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a premium brand main car dealership in Letchworth, for an Aftersales Manager to lead the Service department and drive both customer experience and departmental performance.

- Up to £50,000 basic salary and up to £70,000 OTE
- Monday to Friday working pattern with a 45-hour week and Saturday morning rota

- Oversee the daily operations of the Service department, managing productivity, efficiency and workflow
- Lead, coach and develop a multi-disciplined team, including Technicians and Service Advisors, ensuring excellent customer service standards
- Drive service department targets and commercial performance, working closely with the wider business to maintain profitability
- Manage departmental financials, compliance and consistent customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive team culture with clear expectations, ownership and continuous improvement
- Ensure manufacturer and industry standards are followed in day-to-day processes and requirements
- Proven experience in a senior Aftersales Manager or Service Manager position, with strong Service operations knowledge
- Confident people leader able to manage a large and diverse team and set clear standards
- Strong customer service mindset with analytical skills to monitor performance and drive improvements
- Demonstrable understanding of compliance requirements and manufacturer standards
- Proactive, hands-on approach with pride in delivering results and supporting colleagues
- Based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire, or able to commute
