Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer – £45,000 + Van + Overtime
Location: Edinburgh / Fife & Surrounding Areas
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime + Company Van
Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a stable role with strong earning potential and a varied portfolio of commercial sites?
We’re recruiting for an experienced AC Engineer to join a growing FM provider covering contracts across Edinburgh, Fife and surrounding areas.
The Role
- PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems
- Working on splits, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and ventilation
- Fault finding, repairs and remedial works
- Attending breakdowns and emergency call-outs
- Completing job reports and compliance paperwork
- Working across commercial sites including offices, retail and healthcare
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
- On-call rota (occasional)
- Overtime available
Requirements
- F-Gas certification
- Experience within commercial maintenance / FM
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- VRV/VRF experience
- IPAF / PASMA
- Electrical knowledge
