The Opportunity

We’re working with a well-established building services contractor delivering maintenance and compliance solutions across commercial environments. Due to continued growth across key contracts, they’re looking to appoint a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to support sites across London and the M25.

This is a field-based role offering a strong salary, stable workload, and long-term progression within a reputable engineering business.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites, ensuring systems are operating efficiently and in line with compliance standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on AC systems
• Reactive breakdowns and emergency callouts
• Fault finding and diagnostics across a range of systems
• Servicing and general upkeep of HVAC equipment
• Working across split systems, VRV/VRF, and AHUs
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an AC Engineer within commercial environments
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience with PPMs and reactive maintenance
• F-Gas qualification (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
