The Opportunity This is a varied operational role managing Air Import shipments from start to finish, whilst also gaining exposure to Ocean Freight and other areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing Air Import shipments from origin through to final delivery
- Liaising with airlines, overseas agents, customers, and transport providers
- Handling import documentation and customs procedures
- Providing proactive shipment updates and excellent customer service
- Supporting colleagues and covering operational duties during annual leave and absences
- Learning and assisting with Ocean Freight operations
- Working closely with the wider operations team to ensure smooth shipment flow
- Maintaining accurate operational records and ensuring timely invoicing
- Previous experience within Air Freight Imports (from 1 year upwards)
- Good understanding of freight forwarding processes
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Desire to learn additional freight modes, particularly Ocean Freight
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments
