ALN Provision Support

Are you an experienced ALN Privision Support Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference?

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated ALN TA to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Caerphilly area. This is an urgent requirement, so we are looking for someone who is ready to start as soon as possible.

This fantastic school is committed and prides itself on creating a fun, motivating, and inclusive learning environment where every child is valued as an individual.

About the Role:

• Supporting pupils with high ALN needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Working closely with teachers to deliver a tailored, skills-based curriculum
• Helping to promote independence, confidence, and social development
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
