We are hosting an invite‑only Recruitment Event at Arbury Court, Warrington for Healthcare Assistants

You’ll join an inclusive, supportive team providing care to people with Mental Health conditions, using your skills and compassion to help individuals progress along their recovery pathway towards a valued and fulfilled life.

Your day‑to‑day will include ward rounds, observing and responding to behaviours, updating patient records, and delivering hands‑on care and support — including assisting with personal hygiene where required.

It can be a challenging environment at times, so positivity, compassion, resilience and vigilance are essential. But it’s hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing you’ve made a meaningful difference.

Shift pattern: 12.5‑hour shifts, 3–4 days per week, including nights and weekends.

• This is an invite‑only event — there will be no walk‑ins on the day.

• Applicants must live in the UK and have full Right to Work.

• You must be able to complete a 3‑week, full‑time, in‑person induction. If you cannot commit to this, we will not be able to progress your application.

Where you will be working

Location: Townfield Lane, Winwick,Warrington, Cheshire,WA2 8TR

You’ll be joining the multidisciplinary team at Arbury Court, providing care and treatment for adult women in medium secure, low secure, and Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU) environments, supporting individuals with Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions.

Rehabilitation and recovery at Arbury Court is firmly person‑centred, focusing on individual needs rather than diagnosis.

The service is located just off the M62 (junction 9) with strong transport links, making commuting easy from areas between Liverpool and Manchester.
