This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a growing architectural consultancy where you'll work on a varied portfolio of residential projects ranging from bespoke one-off homes to large-scale housing developments for some of the UK's leading housebuilders.

Are you an Architectural Technician with strong AutoCAD skills and residential experience? Do you want the autonomy of working within a small, personable consultancy where your contribution is genuinely valued? The consultancy specialises in residential architecture, working with major housebuilders and private clients across developments ranging from small infill sites through to schemes of 300-400 units. Alongside larger housing developments, the business also delivers bespoke luxury homes and occasional residential conversion projects. Due to continued workload and increasing demand, they are looking to strengthen their technical team with an additional Architectural Technician.

You will be responsible for producing technical drawing packages, adapting standard house types, preparing site-specific details, and coordinating information throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with clients and project stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality residential schemes.

This role would suit an Architectural Technician with a strong residential background and a thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and NHBC standards. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently within a small team environment.

* Previous experience in an Architectural Technician position
* Residential / housebuilding background
* Good up-to-date knowledge of Building Regulations
* Proficient in AutoCAD
