Salary: £25-32,000 DOE

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. Applications are welcomed from recent graduates with a relevant Architectural Technology degree through to candidates with around three years' industry experience.

Daily Duties
- Producing technical drawing packages and detailed construction information
- Assisting with planning and building regulation submissions
- Supporting project delivery across a range of sectors and project scales
- Working collaboratively with architects, landscape architects, ecologists, and other in-house specialists
- Using Vectorworks to prepare high-quality technical designs
- Coordinating technical information with consultants and contractors
- Assisting with site visits and project meetings
- Ensuring projects are delivered to agreed deadlines and quality standards
Ideal Candidate
- Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
- Open to graduates through to candidates with circa three years' experience
- Proficiency in Vectorworks would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong technical detailing and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude
- Passion for sustainable and high-quality design
- Keen to develop professionally within a supportive consultancy environment
