Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. Applications are welcomed from recent graduates with a relevant Architectural Technology degree through to candidates with around three years' industry experience.

Daily Duties

• Producing technical drawing packages and detailed construction information
• Assisting with planning and building regulation submissions
• Supporting project delivery across a range of sectors and project scales
• Working collaboratively with architects, landscape architects, ecologists, and other in-house specialists
• Using Vectorworks to prepare high-quality technical designs
• Coordinating technical information with consultants and contractors
• Assisting with site visits and project meetings
• Ensuring projects are delivered to agreed deadlines and quality standards

Ideal Candidate

• Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
• Open to graduates through to candidates with circa three years' experience
• Proficiency in Vectorworks would be advantageous but not essential
• Strong technical detailing and problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude
• Passion for sustainable and high-quality design
• Keen to develop professionally within a supportive consultancy environment
