This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined RIBA chartered practice who operate on an international basis and provide a wide range of expertise to high profile projects across all building sectors. They are on the lookout for a proactive and talented Architectural Technologist to join their Glasgow studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

• Manage and deliver on a range of projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Undertake site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other members of a multidisciplinary team

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit is essential
• Experience managing projects independently from inception through to completion
• Job running experience
• Excellent technical detailing skills
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Glasgow area
