We are recruiting for an Area Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of approximately 30 contracts across Central London. This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth within the business and offers the chance to join a supportive management team within a company known for its excellent culture and staff retention.
Reporting into the Area Manager, you will play a key role in supporting service delivery across the portfolio, ensuring high standards are maintained while building strong relationships with both clients and site teams.

Supporting the management and performance of approximately 30 cleaning contracts across Central London

Conducting regular site visits and quality audits

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Supporting the recruitment, induction, training, and development of cleaning operatives

Managing employee performance and attendance across the portfolio

Ensuring service delivery standards, KPIs, and contractual requirements are consistently met

Carrying out spot checks, audits, and compliance inspections

Assisting with staff scheduling and arranging cover where required

Resolving day-to-day operational issues quickly and professionally

Supporting contract mobilisations and business growth initiatives

Previous experience within cleaning, facilities management, or support services
-
Experience supervising teams across multiple sites

Strong organisational and communication skills

Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities
-
Able to work independently and manage a busy workload

Ambitious and looking to progress within the FM industry

Reliable, proactive, and hands-on approach to management
Central London
All sites are located within Central London, and a travel card is provided, meaning there is no requirement to drive between contracts.
