About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work as an Area Sales Manager, driving growth across the South East of England with a primary focus on premium kitchen furniture. You will be responsible for developing existing distributor relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and growing market share within a high-potential territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow an established portfolio of distributor accounts.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits (approximately four days per week).
  • Promote a premium range of kitchen furniture and associated products.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with wider commercial objectives.
Requirements / Skills:
  • Proven success in a field-based sales role with strong commercial awareness.
  • Results-driven, resilient, and motivated by achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own territory effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Collaborative approach to working with internal teams.
  • Experience within kitchens, KBB, furniture, or a related industry is highly desirable.
