Area Service Delivery Manager

We're recruiting an Area Service Delivery Manager to oversee FM and maintenance delivery across a portfolio of multi‑site contracts.
You'll manage and support engineering teams across multiple trades, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands‑on leadership role with responsibility for performance, people management, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing multi‑disciplinary engineering teams
- Ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and H&S standards are consistently met
- Overseeing maintenance delivery and supporting project works
- Acting as the key point of contact for client escalations
- Driving improvements across service delivery and performance
About you:
- Background in FM / maintenance with strong operational experience
- Proven experience managing engineers across multiple sites
- Confident leader with excellent communication skills
- Trade or FM management qualification preferred
