Asbestos Surveyor / Dual Skilled Surveyor & Analyst

Marble Talent are recruiting for multiple Asbestos Surveyors and Dual Skilled Surveyor/Analysts across the North West on behalf of a leading UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy.

We are looking for both qualified Surveyors and Dual Skilled professionals to support a busy workload across predominantly domestic projects, with some commercial surveying work included.

The Role

• Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
• Carry out air monitoring, four-stage clearances and analytical duties (for dual-skilled candidates)
• Survey a mixture of domestic and commercial properties
• Produce detailed reports and site documentation using digital reporting systems
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with HSG264, HSG248 and UKAS requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

For Surveyor positions:

• BOHS P402 qualification
• Minimum 1 year's asbestos surveying experience

For Dual Skilled positions:

• BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications
• Experience carrying out both surveying and analytical duties

For all applicants:

• Full UK driving licence
• Good knowledge of asbestos legislation and industry standards
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Flexible approach to travel and occasional out-of-hours work

Package

• Salary up to £42,000 depending on experience
