Duties & Responsibilities-

Survey Excellence: Execute comprehensive asbestos surveys across occupied residential environments and diverse public sector buildings.

  • Risk Assessment: Safely identify, inspect, and assess asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in strict accordance with HSE regulations.
  • Technical Reporting: Utilize site plans and technical drawings to collect accurate data and produce high-quality, professional reports.
  • Professional Representation: Act as the primary technical point of contact on-site, upholding the reputation of a business built on trust and compliance.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all field activities strictly adhere to current legislation and internal safety standards.

Requirements

  • Certification: BOHS P402 qualification is essential and must be valid.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience as an Asbestos Surveyor.
  • Technical Knowledge: A profound understanding of current UK asbestos legislation and best practice.
  • Mobility: A full UK Driving Licence is required for this field-based role.
  • Attributes: High level of accountability, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to professional integrity.
