Are you a compassionate and motivated ASD Support professional looking for a rewarding new opportunity?
Do you have experience working with children with autism or additional learning needs?

A welcoming and inclusive Specialist School in Thatcham is seeking a dedicated ASD Support candidate to join their team as soon as possible. The successful applicant will provide tailored 1:1 and small group assistance to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, communication difficulties, and associated SEN needs.

This ASD Support role will involve:
* Providing individual support for pupils with autism
* Assisting with communication and social development
* Creating a structured and positive learning environment
* Working collaboratively with teachers and therapists
* Supporting emotional regulation and classroom engagement
* ASAP start available

The school is looking for an enthusiastic ASD Support worker who is patient, proactive, and passionate about helping young people succeed. Experience working with SEN pupils is highly desirable, though transferable experience from care or support work will also be considered.
