Assembler

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assembler on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products to a high standard while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety procedures are followed at all times.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to technical specifications and assembly instructions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect assembled products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Identify and report any faults, defects, or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements to supervisors.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical assembly skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively.
