We are currently looking for an Assembler to join a well-established technology company based in Oxford. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work within a clean and supportive environment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
The Role:
- Assembly work using small parts and components
- Bench-based and repetitive work while seated at a workstation
- Following assembly drawings, work instructions, and documentation
- Diagnosing and repairing faulty components where required
- Assisting with packing, dispatch, goods in, stock checks, and testing duties
- Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
- Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
- Supporting continuous improvement and providing feedback during builds
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Assembly experience would be beneficial but is not essential as training is provided
- Good attention to detail and ability to work with small components
- Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills including Word and Excel
