Overview of Role
We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to support a busy manufacturing team based in Redhill. This is a short-term role, likely to last 2 weeks, ideal for someone with hands-on experience who is available immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly of outdoor furniture using cordless drills and drivers
- Working from basic instructions to complete builds accurately
- Ensuring products are assembled to a good quality standard
- Supporting general shop floor duties as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- Previous assembly or production experience preferred
- Confident using hand tools such as drills and drivers
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and able to commit to full assignment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workshop environment
