Salary: £14.69 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (early finish on Fridays)
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Assembly Operative to join our growing manufacturing team in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior assembly experience who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble products accurately in line with work instructions and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Work efficiently to meet takt time targets and production deadlines
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications
- Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
- Keep work areas clean and organised
- Proven experience working in an assembly role within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and SOPs
- Comfortable working to takt time and production targets
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A good team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.69 per hour
- Stable Monday to Friday day shift
- Early finish on Fridays
