Location: Banbury
Pay Rate: £27,500 per annum
Overtime: Paid at 1.3x  

Role Overview

We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Banbury. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, providing a clear path to a permanent contract for the right candidate. You will be responsible for building high-quality food trolleys, working extensively with stainless steel and integrated heating/ventilation systems.

Working Hours & Breaks

Enjoy a balanced week with an early finish every Friday!

• Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
• Friday: 07:00 – 14:00
• Morning Break: 15 minutes (Fully Paid)
• Lunch Break: 30 minutes (Unpaid)

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical Assembly: Build food service trolleys using stainless steel components.
• Technical Installation: Integrate heating systems and ventilation units.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure every trolley meets strict manufacturing standards.
• Tool Operation: Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

• Experience: Previous experience in assembly or metalwork is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Ability to follow assembly instructions and technical drawings.
