What You'll Be Doing:

• Precision Assembly: Building high-value modules to strict technical standards.
• Quality Control: Conducting thorough inspections of finished goods.
• Collaboration: Working closely with Team Leaders to meet production plans.
• Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workstation.

What We Need From You:

• Reliability: A punctual start is essential to keep production on track.
• Skillset: Experience in manufacturing tools, materials, and technical equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow technical data sheets with absolute precision.
• Stamina: The physical dexterity and strength required for a fast-paced factory environment.

Schedule & Benefits:

• Pay rate of £12.71 per hour
• Hours: we offer 3 shift patterns
  • Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:30
  • Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30
  • Monday - Friday 11:30 - 20:00

• Location: Based at our premises in Witham, Essex.
