Role responsibilities include:
- Carrying out in-depth assessments to identify appropriate move-on options.
- Supporting service users to transition successfully within 12 weeks.
- Developing and regularly reviewing safety plans.
- Assisting individuals to obtain ID and access to eligible benefits.
- Taking a harm reduction approach to health and substance use.
- Supporting people with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF).
- Rolling rota with early (8am–4.30pm) and late (2pm–10pm) shifts.
- Weekend work included, but no overnight shifts.
- Regular long weekends off (3–4 days at a time).
