Are you an experienced Assistant Branch Manager and have trade counter experience? Are you self motivated and passionate to drive and increase sales within a customer facing role? . This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well established business where you can develop to Branch Manager. There is a salary of £32,000 plus bonus to potentially earn a package of £40,000 and the best part is there is no weekend working, just Monday to Friday. Driving licence is essential for this role.




The Role:



  • Leading, motivating, and developing the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Driving internal and external sales to meet and exceed branch targets while following company policies and procedures.
  • Actively promoting and selling the products and services.
  • Strengthening the brand locally.
  • Managing stock levels and ensuring accurate stock control.
  • Keeping the branch clean, well‑presented, and fully stocked with products and promotional materials.
  • Maintaining detailed customer records including sales, enquiries, and follow‑ups.
  • Ensuring the Workshop is at capacity.
  • Handling time‑keeping, attendance, and disciplinary processes in line with company procedures.


About You:



  • A confident leader with strong people‑management skills.
  • Someone commercially minded, target‑driven, and proactive
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
  • Hands‑on and leads by example and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Must hold a current, valid UK driving licence.
