Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role:

  • You will be coordinating the preparation of monthly reports and invoice packs including consolidation of garrison submissions.

  • You will be liaising with finance teams to ensure volumetric usage information is delivered within required timelines.

  • You will be addressing invoicing issues with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and customers.

  • You will be supporting month-end processes including reconciliations in line with required controls.

  • You will be supporting budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis activities for contract performance.

  • You will be assisting with contract change accounting and validation of associated outputs and reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: You will be educated to at least degree level or equivalent, demonstrating a strong academic foundation relevant to finance and accounting.

  • Experience: You will have strong attention to detail and general business awareness, supporting accurate financial reporting and operations.

  • Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and a professional approach, with the capability to work effectively as part of a team.

Experience & Knowledge:

You will have strong attention to detailand an understanding of general business awareness.

Desirable:

Public sector or similar contract experience would be an advantage, similarly so would Defence sector accounting experience.
