Due to this continued success, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Estimator to join their expanding Pre-Construction team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in estimating, with clear support, structured development, and fast-track progression on offer.

You don’t necessarily need to come from a traditional estimating background. The business is open to individuals from Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or other construction-related disciplines who are looking to transition into a pre-construction/estimating role.

The Role:
You’ll be supporting the Estimating team across a diverse range of projects, gaining exposure to the full tendering process while working closely with experienced senior professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Supporting with take-offs and bill of quantities
• Liaising with the supply chain to obtain competitive quotations
• Helping to build up cost plans and pricing strategies
• Contributing to value engineering and cost-saving initiatives

About You:
