You'll be joining a collaborative environment where your development is prioritised - study support is available and you will be fully encouraged to progress through to completion. You'll gain hands-on experience across core accounting functions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys getting stuck in and wants to build on their experience as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with monthly management accounts preparation
  • Supporting month-end close processes and reconciliations
  • Posting journals including accruals and prepayments
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and investigation of variances
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Assisting with financial reporting and analysis
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams
  • Supporting audits and compliance requirements
  • Identifying process improvements and efficiencies
What We're Looking For
  • Part-qualified or currently studying (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience in a similar Assistant Management Accountant role or transferrable finance role
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing business
