This is a great opportunity for a QS with around 2+ years’ experience who is looking to develop their commercial skills, gain exposure to a variety of project types, and progress within a supportive and well-structured team.

You will work closely with experienced Quantity Surveyors and operational teams, gaining full exposure to the commercial lifecycle of projects from procurement through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the commercial management of multiple construction projects
• Assist with valuations, applications for payment and cost reporting
• Help manage subcontractor packages, variations and final accounts
• Work closely with project and site teams to ensure accurate financial control
• Maintain and update commercial records and project documentation
• Support procurement and tendering activities where required

Requirements

• Approximately 2+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying or Assistant QS role
• Background in construction, refurbishment or fit-out environments preferred
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills
• Good communication and ability to work within a team
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress long-term
