About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a growing contractor delivering Cut & Carve refurbishment projects across London.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a dynamic environment, working on complex structural refurbishment schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the commercial management of Cut & Carve projects
- Supporting cost planning, valuations, and variations
- Working closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers
- Monitoring budgets and ensuring cost control
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Trainee QS
- Exposure to refurbishment or Cut & Carve projects (preferred)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and organisational abilities
- Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying (or working towards)
