Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and tendering for residential projects.

• Support the preparation of valuations, progress reports, and commercial documentation.

• Work closely with project teams to monitor costs and ensure projects remain on budget.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors under the guidance of senior QS staff.

• Some experience in quantity surveying or a related construction role is preferred.
