Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑focused Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of refurbishment and planned maintenance projects. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be involved in managing project costs from award through to final account, helping ensure works are delivered efficiently, accurately, and within budget.

You’ll assist with valuations, variations, re‑measurement, and subcontractor administration, while contributing to cost reporting and maintaining accurate contract records. Working closely with clients and supply chain partners, you’ll help build strong relationships that support successful project outcomes across live refurbishment environments.

This role suits someone with a genuine interest in refurbishment, strong organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail. If you’re a confident communicator who takes pride in producing accurate work and supporting project success, this is a great opportunity to further develop your commercial experience in a fast‑paced setting.
