Progression to Quantity Surveyor
Take on real commercial responsibility from day one. This is an opportunity for an ambitious Assistant QS to join a growing fit-out contractor delivering Cat A & Cat B office projects across Central London. You’ll be involved in the full project lifecycle and given the chance to step beyond a support role quickly.

You’ll support the commercial delivery of office fit-out projects typically ranging from £100k to £5m, with most projects around the £1m mark.
Key duties include:
- Assisting with procurement and subcontractor management
• Pricing and managing variations
• Preparing valuations and payment applications
• Supporting cost reporting and final accounts
• Working closely with operational teams on live projects
Established in 2019, this contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit-outs across London. Projects are delivered for a range of well-known clients including Royal London, Bloomberg, AXA, and Aviva.

- Assistant QS or Graduate QS background within construction or fit-out
