Assistant Site Manager

We are looking for a strong Assistant Site Manager to join a construction project in Hereford. This is a short-term role (a few months) where you will play a key part in helping get the site over the line.

The Role

• Support the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations

• Supervise trades and subcontractors

• Ensure health & safety compliance at all times

• Help maintain quality, programme, and productivity

• Contribute to the successful completion of the project

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Confident on-site, hands-on where needed

• Reliable transport to Hereford
