Educated to master’s level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in HR Services arena

Extensive experience of managing HR systems and services
Extensive experience of managing technology for business uses.
Extensive experience of planning, managing and delivering complex program of projects in a change management environment
Extensive experience of delivering projects within a complex environment, such as the NHS
Experience of outsourced contract management
Experience of Risk Management
Experience in the building and management of relationships with customers, stakeholders and suppliers
Proven experience in the ability to lead and motivate others.
Experience of developing business cases
Significant staff management and leadership experience
Experience of partnership working with internal and external stakeholders
Significant knowledge of NHS best practice in the HR Services arena
Significant knowledge in the practical application of programme and project management methodologies
Knowledge and understanding of Information Governance and Data Protection.
Able to promote and facilitate change at all levels of the organisation.
Methodical, organised, analytical with problem solving capabilities, ability to evaluate, develop and implement business processes, systems and procedures
