Role Overview

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a variety of sectors and business sizes
• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Supervise fieldwork and coordinate audit teams to meet deadlines and budgets
• Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout engagements
• Deliver high-quality audit files and accounts in a review-ready format
• Monitor job profitability and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate workflow management records and job progress updates

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working within an audit role in practice
• Comfortable managing audit assignments with increasing levels of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
• Able to review work completed by junior team members and provide guidance
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Commercially aware with an understanding of budgets and profitability
• Motivated to continue developing technically and professionally
