£25,000 – £35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (Realistic Double OTE)

Our client, a growing and ambitious business based in Basildon, is looking to recruit a driven B2B Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson with a minimum of 2 years’ experience looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role

This is a full-time, office-based position where you will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and managing the sales process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Making outbound calls and following up on leads
• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Understanding client requirements and presenting suitable solutions
• Managing the sales pipeline and updating CRM systems
• Working towards and exceeding sales targets

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience (B2B experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a proactive attitude
• Professional, organised, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Package

• £25,000 – £35,000 basic salary depending on experience
