Bathroom Designer

Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary + Commission (OTE £50,000+)

KBB Recruitment are representing a well-established, independent bathroom showroom based in Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a customer-focused business renowned for delivering high-quality bathroom designs, exceptional service, and premium products to homeowners and trade clients alike.

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to create inspiring bathroom designs while guiding customers through the entire sales journey. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, produce detailed designs, and help transform their vision into reality.

• Welcome and consult with customers in the showroom to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget.
• Design bespoke bathroom solutions using CAD design software.
• Produce accurate quotations and product specifications.
• Manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and installers.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge across bathroom furniture, brassware, tiles, and accessories.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct site visits and surveys where required.
• Ensure the showroom remains visually appealing and up to date with current trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

• Previous experience in bathroom design and sales within the KBB sector.
• Proficiency with CAD design software (Virtual Worlds, ArtiCAD, Winner, or similar preferred).
• Strong sales ability with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to maximise sales opportunities.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
