Bathroom Fitter - West Cornwall

Experienced Bathroom Fitter required to work on void social housing properties in West Cornwall - Truro down

This position will start temp to 12 weeks through us as the agency then move on to a permanent contract if both parties are happy. 

Salary will be £35,000 - £37,440 per annum.
 

Bathroom Fitter Day to Day:

• Working in empty council properties installing new bathrooms for new tenants
• You need to be very competent in the whole process start to finish of ripping out old and installing a new bathroom to the spec provided.
• Tiling, paneling, flooring, sealing, painting, installing sink, bath, toilet etc
• Doing the jobs to the correct standard
• Reporting to the supervisor on progress
• Driving a work van safely and responsibly 

Bathroom Fitter Requirements:

• Plumbing qualifications desirable
• Extensive experience fitting bathrooms
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• Good references from previous bathroom fitting jobs
• DBS will be carried out

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy contractor in Cornwall on a permanent basis.
