Bathroom Fitting Teams Wanted – Regular Work

Cordomus is a growing, quality-focused bathroom specialist servicing West London, South West London, South East London and Surrey.

We are looking to build long-term relationships with experienced bathroom fitting teams who can deliver complete bathroom refurbishments to a high standard, from preparation through to final finish.

The ideal team will be able to carry out most aspects of a bathroom installation, including:

• Carpentry and general preparation
• Plumbing and bathroom installation
• Basic electrics, including extractor fans, lighting and illuminated mirrored cabinets
• Plastering and making good
• Painting and decorating
• Wall and floor tiling
• Mastic/silicone sealing and final finishing

You will be supported by our office and management team, who will handle the customer communication, administration, project coordination and scope management, allowing you to focus on delivering the work properly.

We are looking for teams who take pride in their workmanship, understand the importance of working inside people’s homes, and can represent Cordomus in a professional, polite and courteous manner.

You must be able to:

• Work to a high-quality finish
• Protect the customer’s property properly
• Keep the working area clean and tidy
• Leave the property presentable at the end of each day
• Communicate clearly with the office
• Send daily progress photos
• Send photos showing how the property has been left each day
• Alert the office immediately to any issues, delays or potential problems
• Run any change of scope, specification or unforeseen works through the office before proceeding
• Advise the office quickly of anything that may affect the programme

You will need your own vehicle and tools.

Competitive pay is available and will depend on experience, quality, reliability and performance. Regular work is available for the right teams.
