New Opportunity | Business Consultant | Ophthalmic Lenses | South East

Business Development Manager, Ophthalmic Lenses, South East England. Zest Optical are currently working alongside a leading manufacturer within the ophthalmic lens market to recruit a Business Development Manager to lead and develop a territory across the South East region (Surrey, Kent, Essex & Sussex).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established brand, working closely with independent practices and optical laboratories to drive sales growth and build long-term partnerships.

The Role

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of optical accounts across the South East
  • Identify and win new business through proactive networking and outreach
  • Deliver commercial growth through effective territory planning and account development
  • Support training initiatives and customer events to drive product adoption
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service

The Person

  • Proven B2B sales experience within the optical industry, ideally within ophthalmic lenses
  • Experience working in a practice environment
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Commercially aware with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a field-based role
