The Role – Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant (Windsor)
As a Behaviour Mentor in Windsor, you will:
- Provide targeted behaviour support inside and outside the classroom
- Work alongside teachers as a Teaching Assistant to support engagement and learning
- Support students with SEMH needs, emotional regulation, and behaviour development
- Deliver mentoring, intervention support, and positive behaviour strategies
- Build trusted relationships and act as a consistent role model within the Windsor school community
Ideal Background
This Behaviour Support role in Windsor would suit candidates with experience or interest in:
- Sports coaching or mentoring backgrounds
- Psychology, mental health, or counselling pathways
- Youth work, outreach work, or work with NEET young people
- Probation support, mentoring, or community support roles
- Alternative education or education outside mainstream schools
- Care work, residential care, or supporting looked-after children
- Behaviour support or intervention roles
- Team-Teach trained candidates (desirable but not essential)
