The Role – Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant (Windsor)

As a Behaviour Mentor in Windsor, you will:

• Provide targeted behaviour support inside and outside the classroom
• Work alongside teachers as a Teaching Assistant to support engagement and learning
• Support students with SEMH needs, emotional regulation, and behaviour development
• Deliver mentoring, intervention support, and positive behaviour strategies
• Build trusted relationships and act as a consistent role model within the Windsor school community

Ideal Background

This Behaviour Support role in Windsor would suit candidates with experience or interest in:

• Sports coaching or mentoring backgrounds
• Psychology, mental health, or counselling pathways
• Youth work, outreach work, or work with NEET young people
• Probation support, mentoring, or community support roles
• Alternative education or education outside mainstream schools
• Care work, residential care, or supporting looked-after children
• Behaviour support or intervention roles
• Team-Teach trained candidates (desirable but not essential)
