Location - North Manchester (M9)
Pay - £105-£120 per day, dependent on experience and responsibilities
Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm

Are you a calm and resilient behaviour mentor seeking a new role? We are working with a nurturing SEMH provision in North Manchester to recruit an experienced behaviour mentor to join the team.
The school supports secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, offering a trauma-informed approach.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
- Be active and visible in the classroom, offering a relational approach that priorities safety and emotional regulation
- Build strong relationships that support engagement and progress
- Set clear boundaries and effectively manage behaviour
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience within a PRU or SEMH setting
- Team Teach Level 2 is highly desired, but training can be provided
- Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
- A genuine passion for supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
To be eligible you must:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
