Behaviour Mentor - Lewisham - PRU / Alternative Provision - £100-£120 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start

• Behaviour Mentor - Previous experience supporting pupils with SEMH or challenging behaviour required
• Behaviour Mentor - Experience working in a PRU, school or alternative provision desirable
• Behaviour Mentor - Must be confident with behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
• Behaviour Mentor - Required full time ASAP

The Role - Behaviour Mentor

Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 within a specialist setting. You will work closely with teaching and pastoral teams to provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils manage behaviour, regulate emotions and re-engage with learning. The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, using de-escalation techniques, promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a structured and consistent environment.
