Are you passionate about supporting young people who need a fresh start in education? We are currently recruiting dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistants and Learning Mentors to work within a supportive Pupil Referral Unit (PRU).
π‘ About the Role:
You'll be supporting pupils who may have experienced barriers to learning, social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), challenging behaviour, or exclusion from mainstream education. Every day brings a new opportunity to make a genuine difference.

Responsibilities:
* Supporting students both inside and outside the classroom
* Building positive and trusting relationships
* Promoting engagement, confidence and emotional wellbeing
* Assisting with behaviour management strategies
* Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
π― Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* Experience working with children or young people
* A calm, patient and resilient approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience within PRUs, SEMH settings, youth work, care work, sports coaching or mentoring is desirable
