We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bid Manager to join a well-established Glasgow-based contractor specialising in social housing upgrades and construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in securing new business while progressing your career within a growing organisation.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end bid and tender process across social housing and construction projects
  • Prepare high-quality PQQs, ITTs, and tender submissions
  • Collaborate with estimating, commercial, and operational teams to develop competitive bids
  • Manage timelines and ensure all submissions are completed accurately and on time
  • Review client requirements and develop tailored bid strategies
  • Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities

 Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bid Manager or Senior Bid Coordinator within construction
  • Strong understanding of social housing, refurbishment, or planned maintenance frameworks
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple bids and tight deadlines
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
