Our client, a well-established accident repair centre in Croydon, is seeking a dedicated Bodyshop Receptionist to join their reputable team.   • Basic salary of £33,000 per annum, with a salary review after successful probation
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 7:30am – 5:00pm, with weekends off

Duties of a Bodyshop Receptionist:
  • Welcome and assist customers both face-to-face and over the phone in a courteous and professional manner as a Bodyshop Receptionist
  • Manage incoming repair jobs, liaising with insurance partners and updating customers throughout the process
  • Schedule repairs, bookings, and recovery for non-driveable vehicles to ensure an efficient workflow
  • Organise vehicle collections and deliveries with onsite drivers
  • Maintain accurate records using Autoflow or similar workshop management software
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and handle any customer queries promptly
  • Coordinate courtesy car allocations to enhance the customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies to uphold high CSI standards
Requirements of a Bodyshop Receptionist:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Bodyshop Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of workshop management software such as Autoflow
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong customer service ethic and professional demeanor
  • Ability to operate efficiently in a busy and fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach and team player mindset
