Our client is a strong independent estate agent currently recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager to boost our client’s current success and oversee the day to day management of the branch Leading from the front you will be able to motivate the Sales Negotiators and Administration team   Applications from Assistant Branch Managers looking for the next move up the career ladder will be strongly considered

We are looking for a professional successful Branch Manager with strong business acumen who can think outside of the box in developing new business  Can also demonstrate enthusiasm, determination, self-motivation and a commitment to succeed in a challenging fast paced environment   Successful individuals will also possess strong management skills, excellent communication, negotiating and presentation skills to senior management  

You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in estate agency at Branch Manager level along with a proven track record in securing individual, team and company targets to strict deadlines
