At Clifton Trade Bathrooms, we don’t just sell bathrooms – we build winning teams. We’re expanding fast and looking for an energetic, hands-on Branch Manager to lead a team in the Slough area.

What you’ll be doing
• Running your branch like it’s your own business in a competitive, sales-focused environment
• Building strong relationships with traders and customers
• Recruiting, training and leading a small, motivated team to hit targets
• Driving profitability through sales, margin growth and cost control
• Creating a winning culture – we work hard, but we have fun doing it
Responsibilities
• Drive new business and repeat sales to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Full P&L responsibility for your branch
• Hire, train and develop your own branch team
• Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements
What we’re looking for

• A proven sales professional who enjoys exceeding targets
• Someone who is resilient, driven and thrives on success
• A customer-first mindset – we pride ourselves on top-tier service
• A full UK driving licence (travel is required for training)
• No bathroom experience? No problem. If you have the right attitude, we’ll provide full training
